We've noted that this issue happens when using an old browser, specifically Internet Explorer version 8. You can check what Internet Explorer version you use by going to 'Tools' (ALT + X) > 'About Internet Explorer'. Microsoft no longer support Internet Explorer 8 and in respect of this I recommend upgrading by using this link
, or using Google Chrome
of Mozilla Firefox
. Once you have upgraded your browser you will find the website no longer behaves in this manner.
